Working with Uncommon Creative, and partnering with Crew Studio, I helped build a bespoke tool for JD Sports to create the Christmas 2025 campaign assets. JD Sports could upload all their assets into a bespoke DAM (built by Crew Studio), then use these assets to create collage-style posters using the grid layout tool (built by me).

Uncommon had designed a campaign that used many images per poster, and JD Sports required each poster to work in several hundred different crop types. Laying this all out with traditional tools would have been impossible in the time frame, so Uncommon reached out to commission a bespoke tool that could use all the assets, give JD all the controls they needed, and export print-ready images.
