Motion
I love to make things move. Movement is hot. Because most of my work involves code in some way, code is often what drives the movement. This means I can make things move in-sync to other things (eg music), or in infinite, random ways. Often the movement lives on the internet, but I also work with TouchDesigner to create animated works in realtime or pre-recorded (The Lab is a good place to see some of this work).
