I was asked by Island Records to make a website for their new signing Silver Gore. They wanted an interactive ripple effect where one image could be disrupted to reveal a video The Witness below. I built the site and wrote a custom GLSL shader to implement the effect.

This is a portfolio site for Run Music, a music PR company. Riffing off the pun in the company's name, I placed the artists they represent on "running tracks." So as not to prioritise one artist above another, the order they appear and the speed that they move at is randomised.

This is the first of two websites I designed and built for the release of Aphex Twin's Cheetah EP. To tease the release, the synthesiser was mysteriously placed on a plinth at the “National Association of Music Merchants” show in Nashville Tennessee. The plinth site was designed as an internet version of this manifestation.

This was the second I made for Aphex Twin's Cheetah EP. This one was intended to provide a home for the "CIRKLON3 [Колхозная mix]" music video directed by 12-year-old Ryan Wyer. It also showcased the artwork for the release.

For the release of Marika Hackman's album "I'm Not Your Man," the label wanted an interactive, version of the artwork (a painting by Tristan Pigott). Their idea was a kind of treasure hunt, where fans could explore all the meanings behind the image.

I designed a site using a JavaScript map tool (think early days Google Maps) and generated zoom tiles at different scales using a custom Ruby script.

Pointilliser is tool that I created for generating neo-pointillist graphics. You can type some words or add your own image, and then it will convert it into a dotty thing, with controls to adjust lots of settings to make it yours and keep!

During the construction of the Barbican, Peter Bloom photographed the building as it was being made. After he donated this archive to the Barbican, I was asked to create a digital home for the collection.

The home page featured a kind of contact-strip as navigation, and I used the floor plans as a splash page for the loading of each gallery.

In this self-initiated project, I wanted to explore real-time web-based 3D animations. Choosing "rings" as a theme to improvise over, I created a series of 8 set-pieces. Each piece was designed to be either seamlessly looping, or infinitely generative.

To showcase the work, I also designed and built a minimal website, with a unique circular carousel to explore the suite.

Working directly with the client at Universal Music Group, I made the website for EMI Records to showcase the artists and albums released under the label.

The client supplied JPEGs of the static designs for the desktop layout and I interpreted these into a full website, whilst adding the motion design aspect myself.

While working at Bakken & Bæck I built the first iteration of the På(fyll) website, an ecommerce platform for buying home products in a refillable container. This involved working closely with a designer and a backend engineer.

I designed an built this minimal website to show the phases of the moon in the present, past, and future.
